Bill’s Search Tips:

This is pretty self-explanatory. If you want to buy, check “Residential” or if you want to lease check “Residential Lease,” etc. If you check those categories, then sub-categories will pop up like “single family residence detached” or “condo attached.” Check the “area” box in the middle of the page if you know what city or cities you prefer. If you want to narrow down your results, enter more criteria such as a price range, number of bedrooms and so on. The “listing number” boxes allow you to follow up with a specific property (if you made note of the listing number) to see if it is still available. Click “Submit” to see the results.
